'The return on your investment in Main Street; we want you to look for it'

Michael Carn of Oakland Park Main Street explains the purpose of the organization and reiterates what it has been promising for the past nine years, ostensibly to assure concerned citizens (and ensure continued contributions from the City). The conditions on the ground seem to contradict and negate the promises of a thriving business and entertainment district; the worthwhile infrastructure investment has created a gilded ghost town.
